Philly Moms at the Disney Social Media Moms Celebration

A few weeks ago, Philly Moms hit the Disney Social Media Moms Celebration. The conference was full of fun and entertainment for conference attendees and their families as only Disney can provide.

Here’s a few snapshots below of Philly Moms hanging out in the land of the mouse. Somehow we never managed to capture a shot of all 3 of us together!

If you are looking to learn more about the sessions relevant to blogging and social media, check out these posts  from what I thought were the most powerful presentations of the event.

I live blogged Chris Brogan’s tips over on the Digital Mom Handbook here and Vera Sweeney shared all the stellar advice from Matt Jacobsen, Facebook’s Head of Market Development here.

Here’s Elizabeth, from the Party Planning Professor and I decked out in wedding style mouse ears for Disney’s 20th anniversary celebration of their Fairy Tale Weddings.

Captain Hook got up close and personal with Heather, from Girl Gone Mom, and I at the Disney Junior Pirate Party at Hollywood Studios. Special guests included Sharkey and Bones from Jake and the Neverland Pirates. Jake himself even made a cameo along with other characters. This disco dancing pirate adventure the stuff preschool dreams are made of. My kids partied like rock stars and are OBSESSED with Jake and the Neverland Pirates. Here’s a fun clip of the festivities:

Disclosure: Those of use who attended received entertainment, park tickets, and a 3 night hotel stay for our modest conference fee.

I’m so sorry I didn’t get to meet you there Colleen. There was so much going on, so many people to see, a bit overwhelming but entirely fun. Hoping to meet you at a future PSM event.
