Introducing River of Life Martial Arts and Wellness Center in Fort Washington

PSMM members recently had the opportunity to visit River of Life Martial Arts & Wellness Center in Fort Washington during their Open House.

The River of Life Martial Arts & Wellness Center (RoL) is a beautiful structure set on three and a half acres in Fort Washington, PA, with the pristine Wissahickon River running aside the property.  RoL serves residents of Montgomery County and surrounding areas with health and wellness services for the entire family.

Martial Arts
RoL offers Aikido for Adults and Children, Iaido, Jujitsu and Ken Jutsu  Martial Arts training. Click here to learn more about the different styles and techniques.

Children’s Class begin at age 4. For more information about enrolling your child in the “Little Ninjas” program click here. There are also basic Aikido classes for older children ages 7 and up, click here for more information.

Ballroom Dancing 
The studio is light and airy and has a brand new floor. Classes at RoL are taught by Russian-born Vitaliy Logishev. He has been dancing professionally for over 20 years.  He is a 3-time U.S. Rising Star Champion, 10-time Russian Professional Dance Champion, and has won numerous titles in Europe, Canada, and all around the world. Vitaliy infuses pizzazz, smiles and plenty of hip-swishing action into his classes for children and adults.

Zumba
